 Remove components from wheeled polypropylene case |
 Hold base on edge, put spigot into keyhole |
 Tighten knurled nut down on to base |
 Place middle post into lower post - adjust height to suit banner |
 Place top post into middle post, aligning banner hooks with lower post. |
 Hang Banner from top |
 Attach banner to bottom of post |
 Attach Light if required |
 Attach lit dispenser if required |
